Epithelial Tissue:
It Covers and Protects You

Epithelial tissue covers and protects you.  It consists of epithelial cells.  For example.

Skin is an example of this type of tissue.  This is also why your skin can cover you and protect you from outside harm.  Other examples are: the surface inside of your bladder, the surface inside of your stomach, the surface inside of your intestines…etc.

By the way, there are four different types of tissues, and epithelial tissue is only one of them.   You can find the other tissues (connective tissue, nervous tissue, and muscle tissue) from the other comics.
